After being disqualified from Heat 2 of the GT15 Tonsberg Batrace, Harvey lodged a protest.

Harvey told me this morning:

‘The Jury agreed with my protest on safety grounds and reinstated me to third position in the second heat’.

He explained;

‘Although I hit 2 turn buoys and dislodged them, I had no other choice, otherwise I would have hit boat #34 and caused an accident’.

Harvey now goes into today with a second and third place under his belt.

With the final heat to race today, the dream of a podium in Tonsberg this evening is far closer than it was yesterday.
