Sixth Overall – ‘I’m happy’

Harvey took sixth place overall in the 2017 GT15 World Championship held at Imatra in Finland this weekend.

Speaking after the event, he summed up the event;

Overall, I’m happy.
I told Powerboat Racing World on Friday that a fifth place was the aim, and I managed sixth.
Having to qualify for the heats via the repechage damaged my chance of placing higher.
Had I had a good qualification session, I may just have made the podium, but Adam, Stefan and William were very strong.

He continued to praise the new World Champion;

Adam Wrenkler and his team were in amazing form; I want to congratulate his Swedish team for their fine achievement.

Harvey summed up;

I want to thank F1 Atlantic, my sponsors Jake Noone, and Martyn and Sarah, (my mum and dad) for making it possible for me to compete in this World Championship.
